On December 18th, 2022, two students (Ru Xue Jiang and Nayaab Afzal) in Long Island, NY founded the 125th branch of the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS): Dix Hills, NY.

Description of the Dix Hills Branch:

The AYLUS Dix Hills Branch is dedicated to make a positive impact on the lives of others in a meaningful, impactful and fulfilling way. The volunteer organization works to engage and recruit members of the community to join in on activities that improve the local area and benefit the people who live there. AYLUS is a PVSA (Presidential Volunteer Service Award) Certifying Organization and can help its members apply for PVSA Gold, Silver, and Bronze service medals.

Our branch is committed to fostering environmental preservation, civic involvement, and cultural engagement via a variety of volunteer initiatives. Our numerous volunteer initiatives give an opportunity to every volunteer at AYLUS Dix Hills to develop important leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Joining AYLUS Dix Hills is open to students in all grade levels. We want to broaden our horizons and become more influential to larger scale and more impactful events. We need your assistance!
