On May 3, 2018, three students founded the 38th branch of the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS) in Birmingham, Alabama.
The Description of the Birmingham Branch
The AYLUS Birmingham Branch is dedicated to improving their community in a way that best expresses their members’ leadership qualities and demonstrates their willingness to serve. The Birmingham Branch has dedicated time and resources to organize and volunteer at events around their city. Throughout this process, members have developed problem-solving skills to address challenges they face within their community. While establishing friendships and building connections, AYLUS Birmingham volunteers will continue to lead their peers to pave the way for a brighter future. Positively impacting the people and world around us begins with every youth leader willing to create change, and the Birmingham Branch of AYLUS welcomes all who support this vision!
