On November 22, AYLUS Birmingham members gathered at the Moss Rock Preserve in Hoover, AL to initiate a cleanup of the trails. Volunteers split into two groups and removed a variety of debris and litter from the preserve, including water bottles, beer bottles, plastic products, discarded clothes, diapers, and food packaging. Members collected multiple bags of trash and properly discarded them after the cleanup event was over.
