On February 19th, 2023, five students founded the 130th branch of the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS): Upper Manhattan, NY.

Description of the Upper Manhattan Branch
The Upper Manhattan Branch of AYLUS was established by a dedicated group of students who are passionate about giving back to our community. We firmly believe that AYLUS, with its emphasis on community outreach and volunteerism, provides an excellent platform to achieve this goal. Upper Manhattan is a dynamic and expanding community, and we recognize the need for a local branch of AYLUS to make a real difference in the lives of our community members. Our strong commitment to community involvement and outreach positions us to provide various services, such as fundraising, tutoring, environmental cleanup, and other beneficial programs. It would be an honor for us to collaborate with the AYLUS team to bring this vision to fruition. We are committed to working diligently to ensure the success of this branch and to contribute positively to the community of Upper Manhattan.
