About our Chapter:
In 2019, four students from Gill St. Bernard’s School, Ridge High School, Watchung Hills Regional High School, and Bridgewater-Raritan High School in NJ founded the fiftieth branch for the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS): Gladstone, NJ. Over the last two years, the group has strived to better their communities through planning and executing volunteer activities. Through these activities, the branch achieve their mission of developing leadership and promoting kindness and generosity within their communities.
Branch Founders
The Gladstone Branch was founded in 2019 by Travis Xue, Owen Luo, Angela Xu, and Jenny Xu. After their graduation from their respective high schools in 2023, the current leaders of this branch are Kaden Luo, Adithya Bharath, Anderson Yu, and Anya Wang.

The Description of the Gladstone Branch
The Gladstone Branch of the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States is located in New Jersey. Our goal is to encourage people of all types to bond with others while also developing and strengthening their community. Because everyone wants to help in different ways, our branch is very flexible and non-specific to any category of community service. We believe that there is nothing better than helping others and promoting the common good, and that’s why we go to senior centers to delight the elderly, help less fortunate people get back on their feet, organize local projects, and do much more. Anyone who wants to make a positive impact is
welcome to join. Also, joining this branch provides an opportunity for teens to develop social skills, become aware of their surroundings, and get more prepared to make their mark on the world. So, if you want to help others, feel free to join our branch, and we can make the world a better place together!
