On July 11th, 2020, three students from Skyline High School and Lakeside School of Washington founded the seventy second branch for the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS): Puget Sound, WA.

Description of the Puget Sound Branch
The mission of the Puget Sound branch is to cultivate curiosity and interest in learning and provide a variety of enrichment opportunities for the local youth. Branch members and leaders are committed to serving our community by utilizing their strengths and talents through various volunteer work and projects. Our goal is to provide productive activities such as open seminars and classes to support the members of our community to pursue further learning outside of school. We hope to inspire leadership, initiative, and creativity and encourage those around us to explore their passions. We offer direct help to anyone who seeks it through activities such as Q&A, homework help, and tutoring. We aim to cover a variety of interest fields such as mathematics, literature, writing, etc., and we hope to increase the diversity of our services as we grow.
