Description of the Marlboro Branch
The Marlboro Branch hopes to bridge the chasm of apathy that often develops because of a lack of exposure to real-world problems and community service. Through this branch, the founders hope to connect on a deeper level with their peers while they pursue different projects to benefit the community. These founders have collaborated on projects in the past such as CurePaigners: Campaigning for a Cure, a fundraiser for the CRI, and Hero’s Hope, a fundraiser for COVID-19 patients. Through these projects, they have worked to bring the community together to show support for others—which is what they hope to continue doing through the AYLUS Marlboro Branch. The founders hope that the Marlboro Branch can become a trusted part of the community and ultimately bring students to achieve a deeper passion of helping others.
