At UNC Cancer hospital, a heartfelt and compassionate volunteer music performance took place on 7/25/2023, filling the hospital with soothing sounds of music. The performers (Yuanduo Li, Olivia Li, Sophie Wu, Annie Zhu, Jane He, and Chloe Li) brought a sense of tranquility and hope to the patients, visitors, and medical staff through melodic preludes, soulful ballads, and uplifting classics. The impact of the performance was evident in the faces of patients and staff, bringing a sense of calm and comfort to the hospital. Many of the patients and visitors expressed gratitude, sharing how the performance had provided a temporary escape from their pain and worries.
