In December 2021, Sky Tianyi Han met Chinese Kung Fu coach Zhang Jianjun Zhang, and learned that he and his daughter’s family had just moved from California to North Carolina. During the epidemic, they were stranded in the United States and felt a little depressed, so Sky Tianyi Han wanted to learn Chinese kung fu practitioners and JianJun Zhang practice Chinese kung fu every week, and the coach gradually got out of the depressed mood. From the few people at the beginning to the dozens of people now, the children and parents are very happy!

According to the “Daily Mail” report, researchers at Harvard Medical School have released the results of an experiment in which people with depression learn and practice Chinese martial arts, Tai Chi. A surprising finding was found among those tested, their depression and anxiety levels dropped significantly.
In the era of epidemic, online classes, masks, and social activities are less, and teenagers are more or less depressed. Through the training of Chinese Kung Fu, they gradually became sunny and happy, and they also led the younger siblings in the community to do volunteer work with their parents. That is to strengthen the body, improve the mental outlook, and serve the community.
