On June 7th, the Asian American History Seminar continued and the second set of presentations were held. The two presenters were Angelika-Lili Susanto and Rachel Zhu who presented two documentaries: “Generation Rising” and “Breaking Through” which discussed the journey of how the Asian American identity was created. AYLUS members Joseph Lin, Nicole Lin, Christina Jin, Andrea Yu, Katie Lu, Jeffrey Xie, Erica Shen, Brenna Li, Catherine Harman, Patrick Wang and Max Wang attended the meeting. After the presentation, an extensive and very valuable discussion was held in which many AYLUS members presented their own thoughts.
