On May 4, 2025, members of AYLUS Oyster Bay participated in the Earth Day celebration at Geiger Park, hosted by the Town of Babylon. The weather was sunny and delightful, with many people enjoying themselves, including children playing in the inflatable playground. Numerous booths were set up under white tents, where various green organizations showcased their projects and products. We engaged with each booth, conversing with the representatives from organizations such as the NY State Department of Environmental Conservation, Atlantic Marine Conservation Society, Country Water Authority, Reworld Landfill, and Energy Agency. This allowed us to gain valuable insights into environmental conservation and explore potential avenues for collaboration.
