When: January 18th to February 18th 2019

Who: Everyone  who is interested in helping solve the problem of food insecurity —a lack of consistent access to food— in the United States

What: Food is quite literally a necessity for humans to live. However, over 37 million in the United States have food insecurity. That equates to about 1 in every 9 people.

How: It’s as easy as signing up to volunteer at one of the food banks that are part of the Feeding America network. Use the following link to find your local branch and to find out more about the organization: Feeding America
