During the morning session, we assisted library staff with organizing and maintaining the bookshelves. We sorted returned and misplaced books, identified the appropriate sections and shelf locations, and carefully returned books to their proper places. We also straightened and organized the shelves, checked for books that were out of order, and helped keep the collection neat, accessible, and easy tor patrons to browse.
Through this work, we supported library staff in maintaining an organized collection and made it easier for children, families, and other community members to find the books they need.
