AYLUS Morris Branch partnered with GRACE (Giving and Receiving Assistance for our Community’s Essentials), a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable and underserved neighbors in Summit by providing essential supplies, food, and community resources. Through this partnership, AYLUS Morris Branch organized a community donation initiative to help meet the personal care needs of local residents.
With the generous support of community members, AYLUS Morris Branch collected two boxes of adult diapers for individuals who rely on essential hygiene supplies. Adult diapers are important personal care necessities for seniors and people with physical limitations or other daily care needs. These supplies can help individuals maintain dignity, comfort, and independence while easing some of the financial burdens on their families.
On the morning of November 5, 2026, at approximately 9:00 AM, AYLUS Morris Branch members visited the GRACE donation location at 100 Morris Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901, to deliver the collected adult diapers. In addition to completing the donation, members helped organize and sort donated supplies, supporting GRACE’s ongoing efforts to prepare essential items for community distribution.
This activity provided young volunteers with an opportunity to contribute directly to the well-being of their neighbors while learning the importance of compassion, teamwork, and community responsibility. By participating in donation collection, delivery, and organization, members gained meaningful experience in supporting local nonprofit services.
