On May 5, 2019, three students from North Oakland, MI founded the forty-fifth branch for the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS):  North Oakland, MI.

The Description of the North Oakland Branch

As youths in the North Oakland Area, we have loved our community and have desired to give back to the community. After discovering the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States Organization, we found this as a great opportunity to give back to the community in a more organized way to give back to our community in which we grew up in. We seized the opportunity to create a local branch to reach out to others in need and the people of the community. Due to this amazing organization, we can all help the North Oakland area of Michigan in a more effective manner. Through great efforts and service, we hope to create a better community in which all benefit due to our efforts. If you wish to better the community that we love, please join our branch in order to further the future of our community.
