On Saturday, October 17, volunteers from AYLUS Frisco-Plano gathered at the Frisco Environmental Collection Center to deposit used batteries for recycling. These batteries were collected from members of the local community by volunteers. By recycling used batteries, less minerals will need to be extracted from the environment to manufacture new batteries. This reduces our environmental footprint and helps the environment thrive. Thank you to all volunteers for their efforts!
