Columbus branch volunteers, Brenna Li assisted AYLUS board of director, Dakun Wang, in packing and shipment of 84 AYLUS T shirts to 7 branches in 9 boxes on April 24th, 2024.
Volunteer Brenna Li, assembled the USPS shipping boxes and prepared the address and recipient labels, and selected the right quantity and size combination for each of the branches based on their google order form, double-checked the quality of the T shirts, and packed (and triple checking) them in USPS priority flat rate boxes (medium or large), and sealed the packages with tapes. In total, they packed 84 T shirts to 7 different AYLUS branches locations, in 4 different adult sizes, using USPS flat-rate priority box.
