Greater Triangle crochet for children with cancer Worry Worms 9 session 2 (1/23/2023)

February 15th is International Childhood Cancer Day. This International Day aims to raise awareness of the issue of childhood cancer and to show support for children and adolescents with cancer, and  their families.
Crochet worry worms are very cute. These cute crochet worry worms are meant to put a smile on whoever finds them and comfort them in times of sorrow or stress. The idea of these worry worms is to go out of one’s way to make another person smile. It builds a sense of community in kind acts, and attempts to make the world a bit lighter and brighter. We hope the kids who will receive the worry worms can forget the worries and become happier. It was our second time to crochet worry worms, more and more students joined in the activity. The students who crocheted worry worms also felt happy. They made the worry worms by themselves, although it was not easy for them. They will send these worry worms to the patients with their best wishes.
