AYLUS Pearland has partnered with Project Rise and Shine since 2020 and has received the annual grant from Hogg Foundation for promoting minority youth mental health wellbeing. As a requirement of the grant, AYLUS Pearland needs to submit expense report, maintain a project list with statistics, and report to the Project Rise and Shine on each project’s impact to the youth and society. AYLUS leaders Matthew Niu, Derek Zhu, Jonathan Niu and Aila Jiang have been responsible for all the reporting responsibilities which are detailed below:
Matthew Niu: organizing receipts and filling out PRS expense report by project category
Jonathan Niu: checking and replying to AYLUS Pearland emails and posting event reports on AYLUS Pearland Website
Derek Zhu: Maintaining a master Excel file on all AYLUS Pearland events and statistics, computing upcoming events for members awareness.
Aila Jiang：Filling out Hogg Foundation’s Report for Project Rise and Shine collaborative. Documenting time, location, participants, partners, mechanism of collaboration with community, process of decision making and impact of the event, etc. for each project that sponsored by Hogg Foundation.
