On December 8, 2020, volunteers from the Irvine branch of AYLUS hosted its fifteenth introductory history class for the fall session. We held the lesson on Zoom, and students, consisting of elementary and middle schoolers, had a great time participating.
Today we did a mega review where we attempted to fit all past lessons into one simplified lesson, which worked pretty well. There was constant engagement from the students in which they will ask questions, share knowledge, and engage with each other as well. There were no technical issues and everyone seemed to be engaged. The students engagement and excitement shows their passion for history, and we are honored and proud to share our own knowledge with them!
