Irvine Branch Produces Fitness Awareness Video to Promote Exercise During the Pandemic in August 2020

Throughout the month of August, AYLUS Irvine volunteers have been hard at work filming and producing our second video project, a fitness awareness video.

As coronavirus cases in our region skyrocketed in the past month, we narrowed our focus to finding ways of protecting oneself and the community. We realized that some people might have difficulty finding time to continue exercising, especially when most of us are at home all day working on the computer. Therefore, we decided to come together and create a video that showcases a variety of sports and exercises, including the use of equipment such as a treadmill or exercise bike for belly fat reduction, a Cross Trainer, a Vibration Exercise Machine, a Rowing Machine, etc. Through this video, we want to encourage and motivate the community to stick to a stable exercise routine and promote the benefits of regular physical activity.

In this video, we had different members demonstrate their sport of choice, give some health benefits (relevant to the current pandemic), and some playing tips to excel at the game.

Let’s make the community both a better and a healthier place!
