San Diego Branch Provided Music Therapy to Brain Injury Patient on January 7, 2017

The San Diego Branch provided music therapy to a brain injury patient Annie on a weekly basis for one and half years.

On January 7, 2017, they started the first music therapy session to Annie after the start of the New Year. Annie suffered from brain injury, three strokes, three heart attacks, and injury of her internal organs from a boating accident when she was 14, thirteen years ago. She was a young, beautiful, and healthy little girl before the accident. She was paralyzed from the accident and could barely talk. Before the San Diego Branch treated her one and a half years ago, the fingers of Annie’s left and right hands can’t be separated from each other. After many hours of music therapy from the San Diego Branch of AYLUS, now the fingers of Annie’s right hand can be separated from each other. Annie Mom was full of joy and said it is a miracle. She is very grateful for what the San Diego Branch has done for her daughter.
