AYLUS Rancho Cucamonga Branch participated in Thanks night for volunteers event on 12/04/2023
On December 4, 2023, a grand volunteer banquet took place at the Central Park Activity Center in our CITY, bringing together various volunteer organizations from across the community. Our AYLUS BC BRANCH was honored to receive an invitation, with Yongxi Hu, the chairperson of our branch, and Ryan Kan attending the event.
The venue was elegantly set with numerous dining tables, and Ryan Kan took charge of food delivery and distribution throughout the evening. Meanwhile, Yongxi Hu engaged with leaders from other branches, exchanging ideas on how to enhance the organization of volunteer activities and better serve the community through our respective branches.
The Mayor of our CITY graced the occasion with a speech, acknowledging the valuable contributions of volunteers to the entire community. Several individuals were invited to speak, and there were also performances showcasing various artistic talents.
Each instance of volunteer service reminds us of the impact we can have on those around us through our efforts, fostering personal growth while serving society. After over two years of continuous volunteering, we are more determined than ever to continue our development. Our dedication has earned recognition from both our local community and society at large, a source of immense pride for us.
The volunteer commitment for today was six hours each for Yongxi Hu and Ryan Kan.
