To celebrate Christmas and Thanksgiving, Christie and Melinda Yu of AYLUS’s South Boston Branch revisited Jinlei and met new friend Yingying on November 11th. Jinlei and Yingying suffered severe burns as children and are staying in Boston to treat their scars, thanks to financial support from the A Life A Time organization, which the South Boston Branch has funded through art auctions. The South Boston Branch hopes that this holiday season, Jinlei and Yingying will feel warmer with their friendship with the South Boston Branch.
