On March 18th, 2023, Murrieta AYLUS members gather at their adopted park, Meadow Views Park, for a clean up. The members split up into two teams in order to maximize efficiency, each going opposite directions around the field before meeting in the middle and heading towards the playground. They found various types of trash, from styrofoam pieces to candy wrappers, the most frequent one being torn paper waste. The members were glad to see that the park was much cleaner compared to the last time they visited. After finishing up at the playground, the members cleaned the parking lot before calling it a day. They threw away the bags of trash and headed home, looking forward to their next clean up!
