AYLUS Rancho Santa Margarita Branch members Katie Zhou and Amanda Cai volunteered at the 20th Country Fair of Las Flores Elementary School on May 11, 2018. They helped with the event setup, game booths and cleanup.

On May 3rd, the RSM branch did their monthly recycling in city of Mission Viejo. The group collected, delivered recyclable bottles and donated the proceeding to Tesoro High School. The group does the recycling on a regular monthly basis.

On April 27, the RSM branch did a book drive at the Mission Viejo Library. The group collected, delivered and donated book to the Friends of Mission Viejo Library program. The books included children’s books, international books, and novels.

On April 14, Rancho Santa Margarita Branch volunteered at the California Youth Services annual fundraiser at Bell Tower of City Rancho Santa Margarita. We helped serve appetizers, helped with a silent auction and then with clean up.  Amanda C., Katie Z., Phoebe C., and Andrea M participated in the event.

On Friday, March 9, the Ranch Santa Margarita Aylus Branch held a bottle recycling drive at a rePLANET recycling station Mission Viejo. Amanda Cai, Andrea McMillan, Katie Zhou, and Phoebe Cao collected and recycled plastic bottles and donated the funds to Tesoro High School.

Rancho Santa Margarita Branch students made and collected blankets, hats, and holiday greeting cards for patients of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles from 11/10 to 11/20. All the Brach members Amanda Cai, Phoebe Cao, Katie Zhou, Andrea McMilan, and Hannah Li participated in the activity. 

On November 20, 2017, the Rancho Santa Margarita Branch went to the Second Harvest Food Bank to set up “No Lunch” Lunch Setup for sponsors, as a fundraising event for the needy. Setting up included setting and decorating the tables, washing and preparing plates, arranging fruits and vegetables, and setting up and organizing the menus.
