Event description: From 9:00 to 11:00 am of Sunday, October 17, 2021, members of the Saratoga AYLUS branch volunteered to clean up around Saratoga Avenue. Our goals included finding a way to help the environment and to improve the cleanliness of public use spaces. Walking from a school campus along public streets to a local library in a round trip, volunteers collected around 4 bags’ worth of trash. At the end of the event, the collected items were disposed of safely.
