Greater Princeton AYLUS Volunteers at Mercer Street Friends Food Bank (5th-6th) in July 2021

Starting this summer, the Greater Princeton branch of AYLUS (GPA) members went to the Mercer Street Friends Food Bank (824 Silvia Street, Ewing, NJ 08628) to help organize donated food items.

GPA honors the equality of all people and strives for a just, prosperous, and peaceful society for all. We respond to the needs of the community to build alliances that will have the most meaningful impact in addressing issues of poverty. 

GPA members create a range of integrated services that build community, nurture self-worth and independence, and offer resources for children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and its lasting effects.

Participants on 7/6: Sarah Yan (4 hrs), Erick Yan (4 hrs), Cynthia Jinghui Huang (3.5 hrs), Elizabeth Ma (3.5 hrs), Cosner Yang (3.5 hrs), Zhihan Zhang (4 hrs), Audrey Wang (4 hrs), and more.

Participants on 7/7 (3.5 hrs for all): Kathie Wang, Gina Shen, Amber Yu, Fiona Fan, Ricky Fan, Cosner Yang, Daniel Zhihan Zhang, Bowen Hou, Xinyan Song, Ziqi Zhang, Cynthia Jinghui Huang, Elizabeth Ma, Audrey Wang, and more.
