On March 27th, 2021, Phoenix AYLUS participated STOP Asian Hate at AZ capitol to support Asian community across the country. The rally was to advocate for an end to racism and violence against Asian Americans.
The rally was started about 10:00AM, Hundreds of people holding signs snacks and wearing masks joined this rally, there were invited speeches first hour, Katherine Wei as representative of second generation Asian American gave a speech. After that, the people marched around Bolin Park and voiced out ” STOP ASIAN HATE” ” NO HATE BUT LOVE” ” WE BELONG HERE” ” PROUD ASIAN American” and etc; It was amazing to see so many people standing in solidarity with the Asian community.
