On April 19, 2025, 8 members of the San Clemente AYLUS Branch volunteered at the RMV Annual Spring Fling Egg Hunt from 9:30am – 11:30am.
Members first arrived at 9:30 and awaited for instructions. They then met in the volunteer coordinator’s office to be given instructions. Everyone then made their way to the gym to pick up large bags filled with Easter eggs. Each members was told to disperse the eggs in different sections of the field. Once eggs were evenly dispersed, members waited for the event to begin. After it began, members stood at different parts of the section of the field and raised up the flags to allow for kids to run in and gather the eggs. Then, the volunteers walked through each section after all the eggs had been gathered and picked up any trash that was left behind. Volunteering at events such as this allows for members to help the community grow. Thank you to all members that volunteered!
