On April 19, 2025, AYLUS Auburn Branch team members gathered from 12:00 to 2:00Pm, and planned for the our largest funderaising event this year, which will take place on the coming Saturday at Aurbun CityFest. We created a large poster specially designed for the event to showcase AYLUS volunteer activities involved in communites and planned the persenal for booth setup and volunteer schedules. We also prepared flyers about our branch, new face painting demos, animial ballloons, priced trinkets for fundraising. All profits from this fundraising event will be donated to the Dream Court, a local tennis adaptive program that teaches special needs children how to play tennis.
Our members who participated in this planning meeting are Annie Bao (2 hours), Will Bao (2 hours), Victoria Choo (2 hours), Hannah Kwon-Larson (2 hours), Rachel Peng (2 hours), and Austin Zhan (2 hours).
