On February 22, 2025, AYLUS-Chapel Hill volunteers donated handmade heart pillows to the Ronald McDonald House in Chapel Hill. This non-profit organization supports families of children, many from out of town, who are receiving treatment at UNC hospitals. The donation was warmly received, with the staff expressing sincere gratitude for our support. Starting with our experience with Kits to Heart, we have made heart pillow donations a recurring activity for many external organizations as well!Our aim is to bring a measure of comfort to these children and their families through our continued efforts.
