AYLUS Frisco Plano Branch Hosted Used Battery Recycling Event on January 18, 2025

On January 18, 2025, AYLUS volunteers gathered at the Frisco Environmental Collection Center to donate used batteries. Batteries were collected from members of the community for donation and processing. Recycling batteries allows for producers to reuse non-renewable materials such as lithium, zinc, and nickel. In addition, it reduces the possibility of harmful pollutants entering the environment and harming the ecosystem. Recycling batteries leaves a positive impact for our society.
