Frisco & Plano Branch TMMTD Flea Market Fundraiser for “Loops for Love” on October 19th 2024

Report & Posted by Mateen Benarieb

On October 19th, 2024, six of our AYLUS volunteers arrived at TMMTD Flea Market in the city of
McKinney for fundraising for the “Loops for Love” project.

To start, our confident, enthusiastic volunteers drew many customers by telling them the AYLUS story and how we are fundraising for the “Loops for Love” project. To further explain, we provided two posters showing information and photos of other events that AYLUS members participated in. We had a variety of items such as gem bracelets, backpacks, jewelry, office organizers, and knitted goods.

In the end, we sold our merchandise to a large number of people and gathered many donations from generous donors. Even after the long shift, we were still proud of our funding for the “Loops for Love” project and sharing our story with everyone at the TMMTD Flea Market.

We hope everyone was happy with this event and that we made an impact by aiding and funding the “Loops for Love” project.
