Aylus members volunteer for LCA co-sponsored Chinese Musicians Association of North America Mid-Autumn Festival Concert
Volunteer activity / location: The Concert Hall at Drew University, 36 Madison Ave, Madison, NJ 07940
Time and hours: Sunday Sep 15th, 2pm-5pm (3 hrs) for each participant
Volunteer Aylus members: 1) Katherine Wang; 2) Victoria Qin; 3) Grace Chenwei Wang
Activities / Content/Objectives:

– setting up tables and banners
– guide the audience from parking lot to concert hall
– check in guests, verify names from the LCA registration list, scan admissions tickets
– hand our program booklet and LCA gifts to the guests– lead the audience to the seats
– clean up tables /areas during halftime break
