As Christmas approached, we hosted a Christmas Baking Sale on December 3rd, 2023. We gathered together in a local education center. Before the event, we prepared organic all-purpose flour, butter, powdered sugar, and eggs to make Christmas cookies. We followed a recipe provided by a local baking expert. She explained how important the temperature of butter and eggs is. We added flour to the bowl after we mixed butter and eggs. The recipe showed that the temperature should be set to 325 degrees and the baking time should be 25 minutes. We carefully packaged the cookies into the Christmas gift boxes.
