On June 24, 2018, members of the Miami branch performed a music show for local seniors at the Heartland Healthcare Center, hosted by co-president Lindsey Yang. The branch welcomed new members Lucia Huang and Dylan Bardelas, both of whom made outstanding contributions to the performance.
Performances included Dylan Bardelas and Lucia Huang on the violin and Lindsey Yang, Tong Jing, Luke Yang, and James Kuo on piano. In addition, Lucia sang, danced, and performed a duet with Lindsey (violin and piano, respectively).
As usual, the seniors were very appreciative of the performance and even asked if the branch would be back the next week, much to everyone’s amusement! Sadly, the branch will not be back next week, but it will host another performance next month.
