On November 12th, 2023, the Pearland Branch of AYLUS hosted an insightful online experience sharing session, to introduce the Innovaflow data tracking system developed by the team of AYLUS technology committee, led by the chair Jonathan Niu and Pearland branch members. During the session, our Pearland branch parent advisor, Jiangong Niu, and the volunteers Jonathan Niu and Matthew Niu displayed a demo of how the database work to other two branches, including a step by step demo of data entry, creating various projects and events, as well as generating individual and group reports. The innovaflow system has the potential to revolutionize the efficiency of AYLUS operations across all branches. After the demo, it drew the strong interests from other branches. The meeting was also recorded to share with those branches who are interested but could not attend due to schedule conflict.
