On August 15th, 2023, volunteers from AYLUS Cheshire Branch volunteered at the local Yellow House. The Yellow House is a non-profit organization that is part of Cheshire’s town services. The Yellow House hosts a daycare for children with many different activities; they have reading groups, STEM groups, history groups, regular daycare, and many more specialized camps for young children during the summer. Volunteers did 1-on-1 reading and gave assistance to the kids to make their experience at the Yellow House more fun and engaging. Below are some pictures of the event:
