On June 28th, dedicated AYLUS volunteers made a meaningful impact at Ed White Elementary School by providing valuable support to the teachers in their efforts to educate the students. With a range of classes from 1st to 5th grade, the volunteers generously assisted the teachers in teaching subjects such as math, science, and English. Their role involved helping the students grasp challenging concepts and problems. Additionally, during the afternoon, the volunteers supervised the students during recess, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
The students at Ed White Elementary School proved to be a joy to work with, and the AYLUS volunteers had the privilege of facilitating their learning process and helping them understand new topics. By easing the burden on the teachers, the volunteers played a vital role in enhancing the overall classroom experience. It was a rewarding experience for AYLUS volunteers as they actively contributed to the growth and development of the students at Ed White Elementary School.
