It is a one-member AYLUS event approved by the AYLF board of directors. Volunteer hours are consistent with what was done in the past when other board of director (per communication with Hongmei from Pearland, Tx branch, who was in charge of T shirt ordering in 2021 and 2022) was in charge of T shirt ordering, which was 1 hour per box of package for student volunteers.
On June 2nd and in the few days leading up to it, Columbus branch member, Brenna Li, worked with AYLF board of director, Dakun Wang, packed and shipped 76 T shirts to 8 different AYLUS branches locations, in 4 different adult sizes, using USPS flat-rate priority box. These 8 branches included

- Queens
- Dix Hills
- Raritan Valley
- East Cobb
- Fairfax
- Morriville
Brenna selected the right quantity and size combination for each of the branches based on their google order form, double-checked the quality of the T shirts, and packed them in plastic bags. Then she went to USPS with Dakun, packed the T shirt into the USPS shipping boxes, wrote and double-checked the address, and had them shipped to the branches. As she was so busy focusing on accuracy of the packages, no pictures were taken at the postal office.
