On December 16th, Yongxi Hu of Rancho Cucamonga volunteered at the James L Brulte Senior Center. It was a big day for the center as they were hosting a Christmas dance party for all the elderly in the community. The center was decorated in a festive Christmas theme, and the elderly attendees were dressed in their finest attire. The community had invited a band to perform a variety of dance rhythms, and there were also on-site singers who sang throughout the event. The elderly danced and enjoyed the delicious food served while having a memorable time at the Christmas dance party.
Yongxi was assigned to the food distribution group and performed excellently in his volunteer service. He distributed the food the elderly loved and was responsible for transporting supplies of new food ingredients between the kitchen and the dining hall. His service lasted for a continuous four hours, and the event organizers were very appreciative and grateful for his service. Yongxi also expressed that AYLUS BC Branch is committed to providing high-quality volunteer services to the local community. Their volunteer group had been invited by the event organizer to participate in the next Valentine’s Day dance party, and Yongxi happily accepted the invitation.
The James L Brulte Senior Center is a vital part of the local community, and AYLUS BC Branch’s participation in the Christmas dance party’s volunteer service demonstrated their commitment to the community. Volunteers like Yongxi Hu contribute to the success of such events and help bring joy and happiness to the elderly in the community. AYLUS BC Branch will continue to provide excellent volunteer services to make a positive impact on the community’s lives.
