On 12/17/22, the Metro Detroit Branch successfully completed the Forgotten Harvest Warehouse Food Packing event, located at Forgotten Harvest’s 8 Mile warehouse. This event was held to pack foods and non perishables to send to the less fortunate. The members of the Metro Detroit Branch volunteered to help pack and distribute the boxes. The members organized numerous foods into categories and loaded them into boxes. The members of the branch who participated in the event were Brenden Niu. The members hope that this event demonstrates that a community of people can impact another community in a great and positive way.
