On August 21st, 2022, the North Jersey AYLUS branch hosted its first performance event at the Premier Residences of Teaneck (655 Pomander Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666) from 8-9 pm. Despite being the branch’s first concert, all the performers did great and the concert was a success! Acts included self choreographed dances, songs, violin solos, and piano solos. To entertain the crowd, the MCs talked to the audience of seniors and explained the significance of a few of the acts in the form of a story.
The organizer of the event, Judy Zhang (6 hrs), MCed with William Cui (3 hrs). Other performers and crew included Julia Zhang (3 hrs), Stephanie Xie (3 hrs), Ryan Yu (3 hrs), and more. North Jersey looks forward to many more successful events to come.
