Activity & Impact
On April 19, 2025, three members of the AYLUS North Hollywood branch volunteered from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the annual Gloria Molina Grand Park’s “Easy Morning’s” event in partnership with Breathe Free LA. Members raised awareness about the effects of secondhand smoke, especially in multi-unit housing, while also asking for petitions that supported reducing the effects of SHS in the Los Angeles area.
This event also served as an outreach for AYLUS, a group that facilitates finding events for students to fulfill their volunteer hour duties.
