On April 3, 2025, the AYLUS Great Neck branch successfully held a volunteer activity in the station library from 4:30A.M.—5:30P.M . The main purpose of this activity is to help students solve homework problems and tutor students in different disciplines. Volunteers provide personalized guidance to the students according to their own strengths to help them better understand the learning content.

Contribution of volunteers
Rebecca Xu: Help students complete their English and math homework, and teach geometric formulas,so that students can have a clearer understanding of mathematical concepts.

Baiyu Chen: Help students read books, improve their reading ability, and guide them to understand the content of the book.

Anhang Lu: Assist children to read books aloud to cultivate their interest in reading.

This activity not only helps students solve academic problems, but also cultivates their interest in learning and independent thinking ability. The patient and meticulous guidance of the volunteers allowed the students to learn in a relaxed atmosphere and gain knowledge and confidence. At the same time, such activities also strengthen the communication between community members and show the volunteer spirit of the AYLUS Great Neck branch.

In the future, we hope to continue to hold similar activities to provide learning support for more students in need of help, so that volunteer service can play a greater role in the community.
