On Sunday March 16, 2025, the members of the Greater Tulsa Branch helped sorting and boxing the books that were collected for the African library project that has been ongoing for 5 months. We have collected a total of 1,040 books. We first sorted the books and then boxed them by the grade that the books were meant for. We packed a total of 615 books in 9 boxes, ranging from grades K-8th on the first day. We did all this at the advisor/president’s house garage.
Volunteering time: 4:30pm-6:30pm
Everyone got 2 hours volunteer time.
