On the evening of March 7, volunteers assisted with event setup by delivering water and essential supplies to the site, ensuring everything was in place for the festivities.
On March 8, volunteers began their early morning shift at 6:00 AM, helping to set up canopies, tables, and chairs. Throughout the day, they managed registration, traffic direction, and logistical support to keep the event running smoothly. At the end of the celebration, they assisted with takedown, ensuring a seamless wrap-up.
