Ridgewood Chinese American Association and Korean Community of Ridgewood hosted an annual event at Ridgewood High School celebrating Lunar New Year on 1/26/2025. It is a cultural exchange where people can learn about Chinese and Korean traditional culture for the New Year. There are also live performances of traditional and modern Chinese and Korean dances. The AYLUS Ridgewood Branch organization volunteered to help with decoration, set up for this event, registration and gaming. Many other AYLUS members help to distribute food during lunch. The volunteer time is 6 hours for the following volunteers.
