On January 11th, 2025, Murrieta AYLUS members helped set up the volunteer appreciation meeting and listened to it.
When members arrived, they helped set up the lunch tables, bringing out supplies from the car. They also filled up the drinks from the kitchen and helped put tablecloths over the tables. After, members decided to sign up to volunteer with NAMI and filled out volunteer forms. During the meeting, members learned about how they could support NAMI and what they do. Members learned valuable information about mental health that they will carry out into their own lives. Before leaving, there was a raffle and members won a Starbucks gift card and got a couple of NAMI hats.
